We stand behind our services with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your hosting services within the first 60 days, we will provide a full refund of your initial hosting fees. This guarantee applies to all hosting plans.
The 60-day guarantee applies only to new accounts and excludes domain registrations, SSL certificates, and other add-on services. Your account must not have used more than 50% of the allotted resources. The account must not have been used for any prohibited activities.
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@hostingogo.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us understand your concerns and potentially improve our services.
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Bank transfers may take an additional 1-2 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
Domain registrations and transfer fees are non-refundable as they are provided to the domain registry. Premium add-on services such as SSL certificates, design services, and technical consulting are also non-refundable after purchase.
Only the initial hosting fees are eligible for the 60-day guarantee. Renewal fees and charges for hosting extensions are not eligible for refund unless the service was not provided or was significantly below the promised service level.
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of your initial purchase. We cannot process refunds for requests submitted after this deadline, except in cases of service failures or other exceptional circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel refunds for accounts that violate our Terms of Service, engage in prohibited activities, or attempt to abuse the refund policy. Serial refund requesters may have refund privileges suspended.
The 60-day guarantee does not apply to: accounts terminated for policy violations, accounts with outstanding security incidents, wholesale or reseller accounts, enterprise or custom arrangements which have separate terms.
Instead of requesting a refund, you may opt for a service credit to your account that can be used toward future hosting services. This option may be preferred if you simply need help with account setup or configuration.
